Reiki Treatment Session Overview:
These sessions are great for people who wish to receive a complete reiki treatment and/or need a bit of extra assistance in beginning to resolve deeply rooted issues.
In preparation, we will discuss your presenting issues and concerns.
It is always up to you much you disclose. All information shared is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent. As some of these issues may be deeply personal, you are not required to share any details you do not feel comfortable sharing.
This process begins with guided breathwork and relaxation techniques and then a gentle meditation. We then proceed with a standard reiki treatment with hand placements on or just off the body.
The guided meditation can be used to support:
-Rediscovering healthy self love and compassion;
-Healing issues in your timeline;
-Healing the root cause of physical or emotional issues;
-Healing from the loss of an animal or loved one;
-Connecting with your higher self and discovering your next steps on your spiritual journey;
We then conduct a remote house clearing for your home.
Afterward, we will take some time if you wish to discuss the session.
As a recipient of Reiki, you might feel a warming or cooling sensation, a tingling sensation, or nothing at all but sheer relaxation. Some people go into a deep state of relaxation called hypnagogia. Some clients even fall asleep. No matter the case, many report the experience produces a healing release that brings your innermost self and physical body into alignment. Many people report their sessions as very pleasant, relaxing, and invigorating. The healing may take place over several days and this is typical.
No two experiences will be exactly the same even from the same practitioner, as Reiki always flows to where it's most needed.
90-minute Auric Clearing, Reiki & Guided Meditation Overview:
This extended session is designed to promote inner healing on multiple levels. We possess a veritable toolbelt of techniques that promote healing of mind body and spirit.

This process begins with healing unhealthy attachments (of all types), cords, and connectors, a complete Reiki treatment, and guided meditation designed for deep healing.
The guided meditation can be used to support:
-Working through emotional blocks with journaling;
-Empowering goals with journaling;
-Healing trauma through your timeline with journaling;
-Rediscovering healthy self love and compassion;
-Healing issues in your timeline;
-Healing the root cause of physical or emotional issues;

Individual and Couples Mindfulness & Meditation Overview:
This offering can be either a 1:1 or couples-focused personal coaching and practice session with Timothy J. Grossman, RMT, CMT-P on mindfulness and meditation.
During this session, we introduce, discuss and practice the fundamentals of mindful awareness as well as aspects of meditation. Following this introductory session, we typically agree on structured weekly coaching and practice sessions for your mindfulness practice. These can be conducted either in-person at our studio or online.
Mindfulness
The basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. We can learn to be mindful in everyday activities, allowing us to be fully present not worrying about the future or the past.
This process includes working with the mind:
Meditation
“Meditation is the peaceful inward flowing of the mind.”
“Complete Mastery over the roaming tendencies of the mind.” (Sutra 1:2)
This process asks us to suspend judgment of the fluctuations of the mind, using pranayama or the power of the breath, to deepen our brainwaves into the alpha state and beyond. As we do this we become more able to notice sensations, emotions, and thoughts as an observer. In this way we cultivate embodied awareness, allowing ourselves to experience and observe what comes to our senses without judgment of "good" or "bad".

Meditation practice is derived from Yogic, Buddhist, and Chinese disciplines amongst many others.
Rates:
$60 for individual and $90 for couples/per 1 hour session
Lexington Salt Cave Halotherapy, Sound, and Meditation Overview:
This guided session incorporates therapeutic sound, halotherapy, and guided meditation to support you in releasing worry and stress while promoting clarity, peace, and rejuvenation of your beautiful inner brilliance.
This focused session is designed to promote relaxation and inner healing on multiple levels using a combination of techniques to entrain the listener into a deep meditative state.
This activity promotes the release of stress, activating the parasympathetic nervous system allowing ample time for the mind and body to experience a restorative state.
No two experiences will be exactly the same.
