Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki First and Second Degree (Shoden & Okuden Series)

Reiki I (Shoden) is taught during a 12-16 hour period online or in person. The attunement - initiation (placement) for Reiki I is given. All the information and techniques for Reiki I and II are included in the manual, however, the following will be taught during this class:

• The origins and evolution of Reiki
• Definition, explanation, and uses of Reiki
• 5 Reiki Precepts
• The standard Reiki session hand positions for self-treatment.
• The Japanese energy system of the human body, comparison with other eastern and western models (for reference)

Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Usui Sensei including: 

• Gassho meditation - Two hands together in unity 
• Reiji-ho - developing your intuition
• Byosen Reikan Ho - detecting stagnant ki (hibiki); 
• Kenyoku Ho- Dry bathing or clearing one's energy field; 
• Joshin Kokyu Ho - Breath & Meditation on Unifying Mind, Body and Spirit; 
• Seishin Toitsu - Breath & Meditation on Unity - Oneness - Pure Focus; 

Reiki for specific conditions, situations, feelings, thoughts and emotions.

Materials:

• 190-page class manual with inserts and recorded sessions for meditation practice 
• Class certificate issued through the ICRT.

This class is for those who are interested in Reiki practice - primarily who are on a personal journey towards self healing and realization. 

The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self-treatment, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.

While practice takes place during the class, it is expected that you will set aside additional time to practice after the class is over. 

Please commit to daily self-practice for 21 days. You should also practice Reiki with one or more people from your Reiki class or with members of your family or friends. 

Daily Reiki self-treatment is truly integral as this facilitates your own healing and deepens your relationship with Reiki. This additional practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training.

Cost – $275.00 with a $125 non-refundable deposit.

The deposit may be transferred to another class up to two times within a year from the deposit. The deposit may also be transferred to a family member within the same time period.   

Reiki II is taught as a follow-on to Reiki I together during a 12-16 hour period online or in person. A Reiki II attunement - initiation (placement) will be given. All the information and techniques for both levels are covered including:

• The standard Reiki session hand positions.
• Giving a complete Reiki session for self and others.
• The Japanese energy system of the human body, comparison with other eastern and western models (for reference)

• Hatsurei ho - Combination of Three to a Formless Fourth
